Herman José is probably the most famous celebrity in Portugal. He's a comedian, tv presenter, actor, award show host.
He has done several sketch comedy shows that have become absolute classics in portuguese TV history. And in the 90's he was hosting the portuguese version of Wheel of Fortune (or in portuguese Roda da Sorte). In 1994, the last show was aired, and Herman José showed up dressed in a sort of pilot leather-jacket, wearing rayban sunglasses, and sporting a shotgun.
This was to become one of the funniest things in portuguese television ever, has he decided to shoot and destroy the prizes they had on displayed. At the very end of the show, he called the audience on stage, and everyone proceeded to destroy the set.
