Actually, I would like to believe that this is their unique culture. And though I find their ways morally questionable (sexually suggestive dancing, materialistic, boasting, showy etc etc), I try to see it as an ethnic characteristic and cultural diversity.

It's no different than Japanese lowering their head to say hello or Norwegians eating stinky rotten fish and calling it a delicacy.

The environment and social/economic status they are in develops and strengthens these kinds of characteristics. Who are we to judge?
